For season 2024, more specifically as of 1 June 2024, we have brewed our own summer beer, Skovly beer, brewed by Small Batch Brewery in Rønne.

The beer can only be bought at Hotel Skovly.

It's not an off-the-shelf product where we've just put our own label on it - it's a completely unique brew - brewed only for Hotel Skovly!

We have been responsible for the recipe ourselves in close collaboration with Johnny Fagerlund from Small Batch Brewery. The Skovly beer is a tasty light summer beer, mild and with a nice fresh taste and aftertaste of citrus and elderflower, which is delivered organically by Bornholms Mosteri.

The beer has an alcohol percentage of 4.8

We have produced a small number of gift boxes with 3 of our wonderful Skovly beers - practically packed in gift packaging, so you can easily take home a small part of your cozy summer memories from Hotel Skovly.
